Annual 21 Day Fast

February 17 – March 10
  • Week 1: (Feb 17-23) We are giving up bread, crackers, desserts, sweets, or candy….
  • Week 2: (Feb 24-Mar 2) We are giving up all meats, including fish and poultry….
  • Week 3: (Mar 3-Mar 10) We are giving up all caffeinated beverages, coffee, tea, energy drinks (Gatorade, Powerade, Bull, etc…), alcoholic beverages and all sodas (caffeinated & non-caffeinated.
